Side B...

Sitting for my portrait,
I tilt my majestic head like so,
Gazing solemnly at the Earthling artist
As she plys her crayons,
Capturing my noble countenance...
"Your people have nothing to fear,"
I think reassuringly at her;
"Our Mission is one of observation only..."
She cannot hear me,
This stange creature with ears and a nose
And hair!  No telepathy, how guache!
"Tilt your head a bit to the left," she says aloud,
Jangling my nerves, but I endure it,
All part of the Mission...human Art
Is quite diverse and fascinating--her species'
Only worthwhile contribution
To the Cosmos...
