I KNOW that the 4th of July is coming up, but starting tomorrow, I ask all my fellow Americans and history lovers everywhere to keep remembrance on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July for all those brave men on both sides who strived and won and lost and became immortal around the little town of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

AS YOU MAY {OR MAY NOT} HAVE HOID...we have (at least) two more entries in the woiks, courtesy of @jim373 and @CapnDeek373 Here is the entry by @jim373 And this is by @CapnDeek373 I have also made a few decisions regarding the rules; contestants may enter an artwork for each of the three categories, if they feel energetic enough to do so! The three categories being: 1) Haiku 2) Fractal Art 3) Any other visual medium--photography, drawing, painting (traditional or digital) NO AI ALLOWED I have also decided that everyone who participates in the contest will receive a number of Points, 100 per person for sure--the Winner will of course get a big pile of Points, as yet undetermined but at least 1,500!! So everyone should be happy when this is all over. Remember--the theme is DYSTOPIAN SPRINGTIME so your entry should reflect the bleak, ominous beauty of
